Self-Hosting Everything: The Ultimate Homelab Guide

Why pay for cloud services when you can run your own? Here is my homelab setup that powers everything from CI/CD to media streaming.
Hardware:
A used Dell Optiplex or NUC handles most workloads. My current setup: Intel NUC 12, 32GB RAM, 2TB NVMe, running Proxmox for virtualization.
Services I Run:
Home Assistant for smart home, Jellyfin for media, Gitea for code, Drone CI for pipelines, and Vaultwarden for password management. All behind a Cloudflare tunnel for secure access.
